Since delivery times and delivery reliability are becoming increasingly important in all areas, igus has set up additional readycable productions at hotspots in Europe. All locations use existing processes in order to serve your customers courteously and quickly. In addition to the previous assembly units in the USA, China, Brazil, India and other countries, igus Turkey, igus Spain and igus UK now have ultra-modern and automated harnessing lines for igus drive technology.

In addition to identical machine selection, the same testing and documentation methods are used to meet the company's existing standards and lean methods. All employees are trained at the headquarters in Cologne in order to be able to guarantee consistently high quality at your production site later on.

Likewise, all ready-to-connect readycable units produced will undergo a 100% digital test in our own test field. Subsequently, the drive cables marked with the test seal are sent to the customer by the fastest possible means.

As usual, the customer selects from the large range of harnessed cables suitable for SEW, Lenze, Siemens, Bosch Rexroth or one of the other 24 well-known manufacturers and orders them directly at the site.

The chainflex cables are unharnessed cables for moving applications in energy chains or for robot applications, dependable with a 36-month guarantee. The chainflex cables meet all the current requirements for electromagnetic compatibility as well as the standards and guidelines such as UL, CSA, VDE, EAC and much more.
