robolink® RL-DCi - complete multi-axis joint robot module with five degrees of freedom, with integrated control system at the base
The robolink® DCi articulated arm robots can be used individually and flexibly. With five degrees of freedom and a control system integrated in the base, the robolink® DCi is designed for precision requirements of 0.5 m with a load of up to 0.5 kg - and it does that with a total weight of just 12 kg. Typically, this kind of articulated arm robot is used with cycle times of > 7 s. The robot is available in black as standard. The robolink® robotic components consist largely of tribologically optimised plastics. This enables high cost savings while maintaining a long service life and freedom from maintenance.

Typical applications of robolink® DCi multi-axis articulated robots include pick-and-place applications in the teaching segment or quality testing processes with the smallest construction volume.

Robot control system for an easy entry into automation
The robolink® DCi is compatible with igus® Robot Control. The igus® Robot Control enables a simple and intuitive system for robot control and programming. 
The free-of-charge, licence-free igus® Robot control software is integrated into the control system and thus makes use of a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system. This entails less project planning effort and faster commissioning.

Optional accessories
7th axis as well as the igus Robot Control are optional accessories for the robolink® RL-DCi.
