Suitable for robot axes 1 to 6

Here we offer you the complete hose package for your welding robot. 
The cables and hoses have already passed through the readychain department, and there is an overhang of 1m at each end of the e-chain®.
The TRC.85 e-chain® is used for axes 3-6 and the TRLF.85 for axes 1-3.

The TRC is completely closed and protects the cables and hoses very effectively against sparks and welding beads. 

The TRCF is as robust as the TRC e-chain® and can even be opened with the snap lock.

(1 m projection/side + 1 m e-chain® for each)

  • 1m TRLF.85.135.0 including mounting brackets
  • Welding cable (2x35mm² + 1x25mm²) including multi-contact TSB and TSS welding connectors
  • Control cable (18x0.75mm² + 5x0.75mm²) including rectangular connector on both ends
  • Welding control cable (5x2x0.5mm²) including rectangular connector on both ends
  • 3x hoses - DN12 red, green, blue - including fixture on both ends
